    What he said! Check that cheap plastic throttle tube that all bikes come with. If it gets cracked or the throttle housing is pushed against the bars it'll be tough to move. When you install the throttle housing you should push it on till it hits the bars and then pull it back out to give it some clearance.

    on the throttle, check your cable routing also.

    I do run the WB inserts where I cored a few holes in the right side of my airbox. I opened the top and down into the sides/back much less than the Honda spec. I did core the right side for the filter inserts and cut out the left portion in the airbox door that apppears to be designed to open up.
