They say you can go back to work in about three days, so I had mine done on a thursday. and was back at work on monday.
The trouble is I work construction so wearing 30 lbs of nail bags, walking all day and packing lumber etc was no fun. pretty damm sore fore about ten days. So I reccomend no heavy lifting. Good weekend to sit inside and watch football.....
