    Where in AZ?

    by flyinturbo » Sat Dec 16, 2006 10:42 am

Hey! A fellow AZ rider. ;)

My buddy and I ride pretty often and typically ride out near Lake Pleasant north of Phoenix. Where are you located and did you get your bike yet?!

I'm in Fountain Hills and normally ride either the Needle Rock Rec area or over @ Pima & Dynamite.

Bike is scheduled for delivery on the 22nd.

    Will do.

There's tons and tons of sand wash out there, and not too 'whoopy' either.

Are the black socks on to match the black rims?

    Steve,
I am glad you like her. Yes, she is fast so hold on. Did you get the box I sent you with the rest of the stock stuff off the bike?

As far as that suspension I would save yourself some money. I would sell the suspension as is to someone with a swap for their stock suspension. You are the right size for stock suspension. Be careful on that suspension. I am a big dude so it is going to be very stiff. I am sure there are plenty of guys on here that would love to swap out suspension with you and throw some money at you for Factory Connection Suspension...

If you have any questions, email me.

Whiteman, How much do you weigh? What type of riding did you have your suspension set up for? I may want to swap forks with CS if he is interested in the stock suspension up front. Did you hear that Steve? I get first dibs on the forks! :D I can give you my stock rear spring too if you need it it's just taking up space in my garage.

I weigh about 165 and the stock suspension is to stiff for me. And put a bloody helmet on before you kill yourself, i`ll let you off this once cause you look young and in your rush to ride it after the long wait for delivery i`m sure you just forgot. Enjoy the new ride.
