I don't know what you guys are talking about... The "IN STYLE" is to pull your pants down until your privates just about poke out  ... then you have an extra 6 inches  of pant length!

I bought a pair of these Oneal's Apocalypse pants and man are they too big in the legs, I am returning them soon. I thought MC Hammer created them. Tried on some Shift pants today and liked them better. Nobody around here seems to carry Thor, Cycle Gear dropped them.

As for the short part, I'd never ride in just shorts, that pipe gets way too hot.

I wear... slightly larger than 38  and the Thor Ride pants are plenty long. I have a 32" inseam and I can walk on the pant legs by an inch or so before I put boots on. They come all the way down to the top of the boot, even while riding. Just my pitch again. Quality wise, they are actually quite impressive. I am also a big fan of Moose gear, and I know the Expedition line is probably worth a look, except for the fact that the colors are limited.

Smash, your in cali and can't go to a dealer to try on some gear?

Giant is right Thor Ride's are pretty long. I'm 38X36 and mine fit fine. Down to the ankle. Pockets that zip up too. If anything, mine were TOO long. My sproket got ahold of one of em and chewed on it for a while, but just poked a couple of holes in it.

Seriously, you need to visit a store if your having that much trouble. You can try them on and still go shop on line and get a better deal. ;)

They where fine for me, 32 inch inseam is what I normally get in pants though.

I have the Moose expedition pants - I'm a 38 / 34 and they are very long. They are not bad pants except I've gotten a few small burn holes and melted spots on the legs, and the light reflective material on the legs is wearing off after 2 washes. I was expecting more from Moose products.

Shift Recon is the longest riding pants out of Shift, Troy Lee and Thor.

Shift is 1 inch longer than troy lee, and about 3 inches longer than the thor. The thors are at my ankle.

You might want to check out the Troy Lee's. Mine are too long for me, by about 3-4 inches maybe. Yeah, I'm short, but they seem to run long throughout the sizes. And they have the nifty bottom part that you can zipoff as well.

Ok, I'm 5'6" and a 30 inch inseam or so. The 32" waist size I tried on was about 5-6" too long on the inseam. And they seem to be pretty sweet pants. I love the pockets.
