When I try drain the oil on the engine side it's not all coming out and when I fill it up it just over flows and i am draining the correct side

From your description, especially the overflowing part, I would say probably not.

I will have to look at my son's 2015 to remind myself when the 450 started draining from a single bolt underneath, rather than from separate engine and transmission compartments.

I just looked at a 2013 Owners Manual , and it seems to be draining from the bottom on the Clutch side , so my guess is the 2015 is the same .....
