    throttle sticky?

    by stan3535 » Sun Nov 10, 2019 12:05 pm

I put in a new throttle grip assembly and it doesn't want to snap back to neutral as quick as my friends bikes. The grip end is cut and free of any rubbing. Is there any adjustments I need to do with the two cables coming out of throttle? What are some tips to help the throttle snap back to neutral quick. Thanks!

It could be the throttle housing itself , sometimes if you tighten the top bolt it will bind ..... Try loosening the 2 bolts and see if it free's up , if it does then that is the issue and you need to tighten the bottom one then just snug the top , or try tightening them both evenly .......
