Hi guys,

Rookie question - should there be a gurgling/sucking sound when kicking over with valve cover off?

I was checking my valve lash (first time ever) and noticed the sound. I thought it could be the oil pump/suction but wanted to make sure. Bikes not running by the way, hence the random question.
