Hi,

purchased a set of Xtrig ROCS tech (20mm offset) clamps for a 2016 crf250. Got them installed however when i bolted the front fender on to the new clamps the back face was catching the downtube of the frame where the bottom of the rads are bolted.

looks like it needs some spacers/washers placing on the engine side mounting bolts for the front fender to angle it away from the frame but was unsure if there is actually something else going on here to cause this. was fine with the stock clamps.

There was a new bearing race that came with the clamps which i assumed would be for the bottom bearing however the bike only has 5 hours on it from new so the stock races are fine. the instructions that came with the clamps are generic so no help there. only other solution is to fit the new race which i was told didnt need to be done, the clamps simply fit right in.
