I have read posts that describe my problem exactly. Transmission oil crossing over into the crankcase, level in trans gets lower and crankcase gets higher. From this I am drawing a logical conclusion from the information in the posts that my problem may be the reed valve inside the crank case.
Yet, I read some conflicting information in the posts that indicate the reed valve is possibly not the issue but that it may be the balancer shaft(?) and/or crankshaft seal.
Before splitting the case and pulling everything apart I was hoping to get a little more clarity on the issue to pinpoint all the parts I should replace while in there.
