Air filter: Between 2 and 4 hours (inspect at every ride)
Engine oil: Amsoil MCF 10w40 / 5 hours
Engine oil filter: Hiflo / 10 hours
Trans oil: Torco MTF-E 85w / 10 hours
Coolant: Engine Ice / 2 year
Valves: When is hard to start
Piston rings: Replace with piston
Piston: Wiseco 12.5:1 / 100 hours
Crankshaft: Inspect at 200 hours
Crankshaft bearings: 200 hours
Timing chain: 200 hours
Chain tensioner: 200 hours
Engine seals: 200 hours
Engine & trans bearing: 400 hours (inspect at 200)
Clutch disk: When it slip
Suspension/Wheels/Body
Fork/Shock oil: Factory connections 5w & 2.5w / 2 year
Fork/Shock bushing and seals: 4 year (inspect at 2)
Swingarm/Linkage/Steering/Shock/Wheel bearings: Inspect and grease every year
Brake fluid: Nissan DOT4 / 2 year (I'm now a Nissan mecanic, so I have it free)

Type or riding:mostly North- Eastern Trail, harescrambles, dirt roads
Hours/year: about 1500 miles in 2 years, maybe 40-50 hrs?
Level: Intermediate
Bike model & year: 2007 CRF 250X
Engine
Air filter: every few rides, inspect every ride
Engine oil: every 300 miles
Engine oil filter: every 300 miles
Trans oil: every 500 miles before, will now do at 300
Coolant: changed once at 1300. inspect every year, fill when low
Valves: checked at about 1500 miles, in spec.
Piston rings: still stock
Piston: still stock. will check replace next season.
Crankshaft: stock
Crankshaft bearings: stock
Timing chain: stock
Chain tensioner: stock
Engine seals: stock
Engine & trans bearing: stock
Clutch disk: still stock, will repalce when it slips.
Suspension/Wheels
Fork/Shock oil: stock, ill replace when need new seals
Fork/Shock bushing and seals: stock, ill replace when blown
Swingarm/Linkage/Steering/Shock/Wheel bearings: stock, will inspect/regrease this season or next.
Brake fluid:
check every ride, fill with honda dot4 if low.

Engine oil:Belray 10-40w, 3 hrs

Trans oil: 6 hrs - Motul gear saver
Coolant:aftermarket/2 yrs
Valves: inspect clearances every 10hrs
Piston rings: maybe 40hrs?
Piston: same time as rings?
Crankshaft: unknown
Crankshaft bearings: unknown

Chain tensioner:unknown

Clutch disk:inspect at 20hrs
Suspension/Wheels
Fork/Shock oil: changed at 6 hrs, replace every 2 hrs
Fork/Shock bushing and seals: when leaking
Swingarm/Linkage/Steering/Shock/W: re-grease every 15hrs

Hours/year: Just a guess, 100 hrs a year
Level: intermediate
Bike model & year: 450X 2006

Air filter:OEM & UNI, every couple rides
Engine oil: Castrol GTX 20/50 every couple rides
Engine oil filter: OEM & Hi-Flo every oil chg
Trans oil: Castrol GTX
Coolant: Prestone, once a year
Valves: all internals - Never touched.

Air filter: every ride - twinair, ready filter, uni - which ever is clean - also run filter skin when dusty
Engine oil: before 300 miles / GN4 10w40 - was HP4 no molly
Engine oil filter: with oils (use reusable SS screen type)
Trans oil: With engine oil / GN4 10w40 - was HP4 no molly
Coolant: change 2 years - use 50/50 then add water wetter
Valves: check often probably every other oil change
Piston rings: with piston
Piston: about 40 hours
Crankshaft: stock
Crankshaft bearings: stock
Timing chain: check with topend
Chain tensioner: check with topend
Engine seals: stock
Engine & trans bearing: stock
Clutch disk: still stock, will replace when it slips.

Fork/Shock bushing and seals: Leave until feel like a issue

Bike model & year:09 crf 250x, first 4 stroke I ever owned.

Air filter: every ride, replace every 10 cleans or so.
Engine oil: GN4 10w40 every five rides, about 35-40 hrs.
Engine oil filter: change with oil.
Trans oil: GN4 10w40 change with oil
Coolant: every 2 years, haven't had to change it yet, but that seems to be a good time.
Valves: every oil change
Piston rings: replace every season
Piston: with rings, seems safer to me.
Crankshaft: inspect and replace every season
Crankshaft bearings: inspect and replace every season
Timing chain: every oil change
Chain tensioner: every ride
Engine seals: every ride, every season inspect replace
Engine & trans bearing: every season inspect replace
Clutch disk: every oil change, i check the whole clutch assy.
Suspension/Wheels: every ride
Fork/Shock oil: every season
Fork/Shock bushing and seals: inspect replace every season
Swingarm/Linkage/Steering/Shock/Wheel bearings: every ride
Brake fluid: belray DOT4 once a season unless it looks burnt up.

I think this could be very helpful. what about adding torque checks? im good for every ride after washing.
