First off this isn't a "where the hell is my stuff" post just getting something straight.

I have a couple questions reguarding the status of an order.
Will my status change to "shipped" when it is shipped? Will I get a tracking # etc. Does it just stay in processing? what is the average turn around for shipping out an item (say a scotts under the bar SD??:lol: )

who do I contact for the "hey where is my stuff" question. I don't think the forum is the proper place. I dont'want it to sound like bashing
