I have finally implemented a Gift Certificate capability. It's really quite cool if I do say so myself. Anyone who purchases a CRF's Only Gift Certificate will have this amount as an Account Balance. This account balance will show up after we release the purchased gift certificate from our queue once payment is verified. This part of the process is critical to prevent fraud. Once the gift certificate is applied to your account balance you can use it to purchase as you normally would. Or you can "send" all or part of your account balance to someone else for them to use! If you have an account balance of $50 and you are checking out with $100 worth of products you can apply the $50 and then use a regular payment method for the balance.
