My 'O3 CRF450R had some repair welds on the frame when I got it..so, I found a deal on a new frame... and these are the pics of the swapout..

Other than the pulling the motor out of the frame and then putting it in the frame part...(that was a bear with the head still on the motor) it was much easier than I expected..
