here is a thread im doing to show the process of the bike..

other then what is seen i also had Jesse Williams build an 09 Head P&P, Dimpled Valves, and Cam, also threw in a full Hinson Clutch.. I did all the powdercoating except the frame, subframe and swingarm because my oven wasnt big enough.. everything else mod wise was already on the bike previously.. hope you enjoy!

That thing is sharp! I've thought about powder coating the frame black like that but didn't know how it would turn out. Looks great!

    PREP FOR POWDER COATING

    by ZIPTIERACING » Thu Oct 29, 2009 5:20 pm

I am getting ready to do this same thing(powder coat)What did you do about the clearance for the motor mounts, rear shock mount, swingarm connection to frame anything that needs a factory fit? I have had items on another bike powder coated and I had to do a lot of grinding where it was too thick to match up to existing pieces. Any advice to make my project run smoothly is much appreciated.

Best thing of all is the fact that most of those pictures were taken in his kitchen!!! THAT is SWEET!!! 8)
We have two companies of Marines running rampant all over the northern half of this island, and three Army regiments pinned down in the southwestern corner, doing nothing. What the hell is going on?
