Other than carrying a constant controlled speed then shifting your butt up front almost on the tank leaning back a little then applying brake and slipping it to allow you to roll in the stoppie. It’s very similar to finding that balance point when on your back tire only. When your starting your back end will want to come around on you until you learn to compensate with your body position. Just be ready with your brake hand to let off.
On the 230 it going to be harder with the stock progressive springs, as the compression is not linear until you get halfway down. With the BBR springs it will be easier.
Not that I do this much cause most of the time it scares the hell out of me now. 3 months back I went over the bars not doing stoppies but in an emergency situation. Messed up my back, when the bike landed on me and broke my wrist.
Maybe you better take advice from someone else!
