I just got new applied racing fork springs and was just wondering what i do with the o rings because their are none on the old springs. If you have a copy of the installation instructions or a website that does let me know or if you know what to do.

The o-rings go over the fork tubes to stop a clunking between the spring and the plastic bushings. I also suggest a set of heavy duty bushings while your changing those springs. Ebay has them cheapest. I also bought a pair of aluminum inserts that go inside the forks to prevent bending. Just did mine 2 days ago.
