1. What is the factory setting for the stock air bleed screw for a 2007 CRF70F? [In other words, from the factory how many turns out from closed was the air bleed screw?]

2. When riding at altitudes under 3,000 feet ... what is the suggested setting for the air bleed screw for a 2007 CRF70F?

3. Is it correct that as you turn out (turning counter-clockwise) the air bleed screw that the air/fuel mixture becomes richer?

Do you mean the idle mixture screw being a four stroke(as opposed to an air screw in a 2 stroke)?
Or are you talking about a seperate screw to adjust the strength of the emulsion near idle? Most air jets are either fixed jets or drilled passages especially in the smaller carbs.

If you mean the idle mixture screw (with the D head) I believe standard is 1.5 turns out with standard pilot (idle) jet. You still may have to adjust a little each way to run smoothly. This should be done once it has warmed up and off the choke.
