I need some help dialing in my sons 50. I added the FMF powercore 4 pipe and switched out the stock air filter housing for the twin-air. I got the bike running great and sounds much better...which my son thinks is very cool. The problem is when you first hit the throttle it almost stalls. If you go slowly it runs great. Not very familiar with how to re-jet the carb. All I did so far was adjust the idle a little.

Any help you can give would be appreciated...

Thanks,

Mike

well the carby does need to be rejetted because of the exhaust and air filter but when you rejet it, it will be a little grunty thing lol

you'll need to richen those jets up! The new air filter and exhaust are leaning it out.
Might take a little trial and error to get the most out of it.

Thanks for the input. Any suggestions on what to get?
Does Ken stock these kits?

Thanks,

Mike
