A lot of people may not know but there is a lead ban that went into effect this Feb 09 that affects us from purchasing smaller atv 's and dirt bikes that are rated for under 12 years olds. This was part of a broad ban on the chineese toys but did include an exemption for offroad vehicles. You can not buy a new bike or even parts right now for any major brand. Our local (Missouri) congressman Tom Self along with the AMA are trying to get this exemption on the floor of the US congress. But we need everyones help. Go to www.tomself.com and fill out the quick online petition and press send. Fill it out for everyone in your family friends, ect. Also post this info on all of the forums that you visit.
