CRF70 Carberator and reving problem after cleaning

    by efk1025 » Tue Jul 29, 2008 7:51 pm

Need Carburetor help with '05 CRF70. Took carb off to clean it. Put it all back together and started easily, but runs at high speed. Can't get down to idle speed. Did I put the throttle cable and assembly back incorrectly? Or is there something else I could have accidently messed with. Thanks.

I'd definitely look at that throttle cable. Or check for an airleak.

Thanks, I'll be looking into it tonight. Need to get it right for a ride on Saturday.
