What jet sizes are best? Do you need yo chnage the main and the pilot? What about the needle jet?

The stock CRF70F has a 62 main for it's tiny 17mm carb and you most likely do not need to rejet.
Mess with the mixture screw, start at 1.5 turns out. They run fat stock.

If you must rejet try the next size bigger, a 65.
    Try the needle first.
If it has grooves, drop the clip one position.
If it does not have grooves, shim it 1mm with a shim from Radio Shack.

    get used to this!
youll get a lot of it.
    lol
but when you wanna rejet take the carb off or take it off half way so you can rotate it. take the float bowl off and dump it there will be gas in it. then when you look in it there will be bronze screws, those are the jets. take em out and replace em with the new ones. re assemble and fire it up.
