We race in District 11 and recently traded our son's KTM Pro Jr 50 (he hated it) for a CRF70. AMA told me that they can be run in the 0-110cc class or the 65cc class. Our district rep states that we cannot race the bike. These are her exact words copied from the email: "So no racing that bike in my division." My husband was able to find a website where someone else had problems racing and told how he solved the problem and was able to race, but he did not save the website and I cannot find it.

Has anyone else had problems racing this bike in Harescrambles or GP?

That sounds weird to me. If the ama said you can race it, you should be able to race it. Harescramble's are much more flexible in bike size than mx. I hope you can figure something out, and sorry I wasn't much help.
