Well first you have to get at the carb, seat off maybe more on that model. loosen the band clamps on the front and rear of the carb (one to the airbox, one to the motor) rotate the carb as needed.
To access the main jet you need to take the bowl off the carb (4 bolts - don't strip them!, then can be tight for factory), the main jet should be in the center of the bowl float area.
the pilot jet is on the side for lack of better location description
Be sure just to snug the jets or you can strip them and your screwed, you have a manual, if not you should get one. This will help you explain what jets and needle to use based on spark plug burn.
Remember you can ruin your motor fast and it gets real $$$$ to fix if you run the wrong jets, if your not sure don't change them and get someone who know what they are doing to help (physically).
Is the bike running rich and you trying to find more power through tuning or what? Most of the power to a bike is through tuning but be careful!
Good Luck - looks like you have plenty of bikes, someone should know all this by now or you have like 5 machines that could run a hell of a lot better.
The best suggestion - Make sure you have a manual!
