Looks like Bubba wins the practice session. he's a full 1.05 seconds faster than the third best time delivered by Ricky. Chad hit with the second best time half second behind james. the kid's fast that's for sure. let's see if he can keep it on two wheels tonight!

Practice times:

259 00:52.295 James Stewart
22 00:52.794 Chad Reed
4 00:53.353 Ricky Carmichael
199 00:53.606 Travis A Pastrana
14 00:54.036 Kevin W Windham

it was great to see travis back in the mix with the fourth fastest time.

here's my picks for tonight:

1. james
2. chad
3. ricky

that's right...i'm calling james to win his first 250 SX tonight! are your picks?

I'll say if Bubba can keep the rubber side down he's unstoppable. That's a big if for him though. As much as I would like to see Chad close up the points, I think Ricky will be second. I wonder if Travis can leave in his own ride other than the amblance.

1. Bubba
2. Ricky
3. Chad

I have tickets for the 30th in Houston can't wait.

Bubba is crazy fast! I can't believe the lead he got on the hole shot. Wish I was half that fast. Chad had second until the last lap, that's gotta hurt. When RC didn't qualify for the main in his heat I was hoping he would make the main. Not because I dislike him but I like a close points race. Still makes you wonder what this season would be like if Bubba didn't break his arm.
