My 20 has a fairly nice pull , yours is most likely because of the heavier Hinson springs .... My friend just got a 21 450R with the hydraulic clutch , and my pull is way less than his ....
As for things you can do .... unless you slip the clutch like crazy , the stock springs are fine , the only change I made to my clutch was removal of the Judder Spring setup before I ever rode it , I got my bike in Sept and I have 37 hours on it now without any clutch issues whatsoever (granted I am 61 , but I still get around a track decently) ... , there is a aftermarket actuator arm available , but it is a bit spendy ($179) , but it is supposed to lessen the pull by a lot ...
https://xprmotorsportsparts.com/product ... clutch-arm , if you don't want to lighten the springs , that might be your only option that you would be happy with , hydraulics to me are just too dead feeling , the actuation point is very hard to place , I am just not much of a fan as I thought I would be for one , and honestly , they are not a lighter pull , the 21 for sure is not , and the Magura , is not a lighter pull at all , its just a different feel , but the pull is the same as my cable clutch
If you don't want to lighten the springs back up , then that arm would be your best option ... even a Magura is not much less pull than OEM , if at all , it feels the same to me , as I had considered one , but even with my mangled left wrist and limited and weak hand movement , I have no issue using the stock clutch , and am not in the least worried of it slipping anytime soon , maybe after 100 hours I might feel the need for new plates , but it feels as solid at 37 hours as it did at 1 hour .... but again , those springs in yours are the most likely suspect of the heavy pull .... if you are not a clutch abuser , then I would consider going back to the OEM springs , or swap out 3 of the Hinson ones for OEM , it will lessen the pull but still be firm , do a triangle of the stiff springs , then the opposing 3 springs go with OEM ... if the Judder Spring is gone (with the Hinson it would be) then you should not have a issue , unless you do Andrew Short 3rd gear starts off the line , and slip the clutch every chance you get ..... but for the average rider the stock springs will work fine once the Judder Spring setup is gone , especially with all the heavy duty Hinson stuff you have to go with them ...
