Bike only fires every few kicks can spray starting fluid in spark plug hole and will start after a few kicks runs fine after but won’t kick start any other way

A bit more info is needed ...... Has the bike been sitting for a while ?? , have you checked the valves ??? , it could be the Accelerator Pump Diaphragm is bad , you would need to lift the airbox boot/raise the subframe , to see down the throat of the carb and look when you twist the throttle to see if it is squirting or not .....

If the bike has been sitting it is possible the Pilot Jet is clogged , but you did not mention any popping or backfiring when revving .... so not sure .... basically we need more background info to help decipher what is going on , and what you have already tried besides starter fluid , when the symptoms started (was the bike running fine then just started doing this ??) ......
