Can anyone tell me if I need to remove the tank rubbers that standard tank sits on on the alloy frame to allow the Clarke fuel tank to sit in lower? I bought a tank but it doesn't seem to sit low enough and I don't have any fitting instructions. The crf450 is 2015 and the tank just says cr26 on it but I was told it fits 13-16 models.
