Have an 06 CRF450r with a stock muffler,the head pipe was crushed so I bought a nice used Yoshimura head pipe-problem is where the muffler fits the head pipe the graphite type seal is to small to fit the Yoshimura head pipe. Never had a problem fitting aftermarket pipes to stock mufflers/aftermarket muffler to stock head pipe on 2 strokes so im suprised it didn't fit.can I find a different graphit seal to make it fit?

first, you may be able to fix your header with the freezing water method. second, if the header is a stock replacement header it will fit no issue with the stock, or stock replacement, muffler. if it is a header from a full system OR your muffler is from a full system it will not fit unless both are from the same full system.
