    i'm lookin for info on how to set up a bitchin suspension for trails can anybody lead me to the idiots guide for suspension

    do a Google search on suspension. There are several sites (Race Tech is one if I remember correctly) that explain exactly what each adjustment does and even tell you where to start, front or rear, compression or rebound, etc.

    k thanks for the info guys but im looking for some real indepth stuff like rebuilding forks and shocks, info on valving and shiming. not just adjustments

    Hmmm...I'm thinking that if you are looking as to spring rate, shim stacks mods, oil viscosity, and other tricks you ain't going to find it. Thats how suspension tuners make their money, and they don't give it way for freebies.
