Could be a capslock issue! No but seriously stop yelling at everyone with caps, most will not read or reply, very annoying to say the least.

When is it boiling over? When your riding slow, stopped or fast? Should be fine when your at medium to fast speeds even with a bit of fins smashed.

Are you racing it or trail riding it. It is going to get hot when you stop, they just do.

Did you straighten out all the fins you could without major surgery? If your still having cooling issues there are a few places out there that can still repair it (blam the laws if you can't find one)

Otherwise upgrade to 450x radiators, if your not MXing it you should really have a X anyways - need more info!

The best suggestion - Make sure you have a manual!

why is everybody such smart asses about the allcaps? from now on i will type in lower case for those of you that are scared off by those big letters. but really the problem seemed to have cleared up i just cleaned out the radiators and everything is just peachy now. whats the deal with x radiators are they larger capacity and if so are they any better than the ones that you can get from i.m.s. stock radiators are only about 50 bucks cheaper than the high cap. i.m.s. radiators and the ims ones are beefier and supposed to be way stronger than stock. any info on those x radiators would be awesome.

All caps are hard to read. It's a proven fact that if you try to read a lot of all caps it is tiring to the eyes. It is also considered shouting. The smartass thing is just the way we are about a lot of things! Like spelling for example. :)

The X rads are bigger therefore more cooling surface. I am not familiar with the IMS product so I cannot comment there. Glad you got it straightened out. Since you have bent your rads, then I suspect you haven't spent the money for rad guards. That is the best thing you can do for bike protection. Flatlands and Roosters are good products as well as some others. Everyone has their favorite. I use Flatlands and I have tested them plenty of times. Saved me much more than their cost for sure.

see i already have radiator guards and all that. you would have to be crazy to not put guards on a 400 dollar part that is the first thing to hit the ground. i have devols they are awsome i had works conections but they suck i would not recomend them.
