tran oil

I was at my local honda dealer and was buying supplies to change oil for the 1st time on my new to me ride and the dealer told me I can use the same tran oil I used on my 2 stroke hp 80w/85w. is this true? the manual says other. Any input would be great!

Yep. The stuff in the tall red bottle is excellent for all CRF transmissions.

I second that. 80w/85w is just fine.
