    front sprocket

    by iceman » Thu Apr 26, 2007 9:29 pm

I was wondering if I could fit a 15t front sprocket on my 450r o05'. I am currently running a 14t and it seems like there is no room for growth but many product lines cary a 15t for my bike. Any ideas?? Would I have to possibly grind down the case saver.

I have already done that. I go to mexico though and I need all the top end I can get...... So, any input on the front sprocket issue.

15T will fit and yes the case saver will need to be ground down a little. I have seen 450R's running 15/42 and 15/40 gearing around here.
