Clinking noise on 05 450r during take off and accelerating

Can anyone suggest a cause for the following problem? When I take off on my 05 450r I get a clinking noise from somewhere down below. This only happens periodically and normally when the power is wound on in 1st and 2nd. I think it may be the chain slipper slapping against the swing arm but cant seem to isolate the problem. I have checked chain tension etc. Has anyone else encountered this?

Yeah it's the chain whacking the swingarm.Annoying but no problem.I try to run higher rpms but you can't always do that. You get used to it.

Cheers,
The chain isn't actually hitting the swingarm, but thought it could be the slap of the small gap between the slider and the swingarm. I have heard of putting silicone glue between the slider and the swingarm. This should also reduce any swingarm wear. Anyone have any other ideas?

There are aftermarket companies that provide new chain sliders that are supposed to eliminate this phenemonon. Can't think of any names right now...sorry.

Mine does the same thing, I just adjust the chain and it seems to fix it so far.

I did the silicone thing.Worked for awhile and had to reapply.Oh and I meant the slider not the swingarm.
