Hello,

i have a starting problem with my 2002 crf.
my starting procedure: gas on, choke out, 3 times topspeed (with my right hand, don´t know the english expression) --> kick. it starts for some seconds (the motor runs with high speed of rotation) but then it turns off. i don´t get it started with choke on. it doesn´t runs with choke on!
if i start without choke, i´ll kick it, it starts and i open the throttle a little bit.
when it is warm, there´s no problem with starting: one kick and it starts!
can u give me a hint what i should do??

Clean your carb. Sounds like you have some junk in the choke circuit.
