stripped tank bolt?

    stripped tank bolt?

    I just got my 450x and have only ridden it twice. While trying to cover the bottom of the tank in heat shield I found that the bolts holding the side plastic shroud to the tank wont come out. The bolt would turn but I believe the inner nut is spinning. Has anyone seen this happen? Any ideas how to fix it? I have not touched this bolt prior to trying to take it off, help please.
