Dude, there is absolutely no comparison whatsoever in a million bijjilion years to a 120cc bb kit on a 100 4-stroker to a 125 2-stroke. the 125 has about triple the horsepower of a 120 bb and is a full size motocross competition bike. the 100 is a kiddy play bike. If you are debating the issue you should get a cr 85, thats also a motocross bike that is very fast, but would be a much better step up.

What is your height, weight, riding skill, riding intentions (MX, woods, dunes, fields, FMX, ...)?

How much money are you willing to spend?

Are you going to be doing you own maintenance on the bike?

Do you have good health coverage and life insurance? Jumping from a 100cc aircooled 4-stroke to a CR125 will be a wild ride!

It is easier for us to give you helpful advise when you supply lots of background information.

    bad difference

When I moved up from my XR100 (albeit 8 years later), it was to a CR125. It is a big, I say again BIG, difference in power. The maintenance isn't all that bad and scary. Just be sure that you respect the bike if you decide to jump up. Speaking from experience.
