Cam timing for a 2005 CRF 100F

    Cam timing for a 2005 CRF 100F

    I'm helping a young neighbour put his 100F back together. Could anyone help me with the procedure to properly time the camshaft with the crank timing marks? Also, what would the torque figures be for the Cylinder head nuts.
