Clutch Kit - I assume you just mean friction plates, metal plates and springs.
Drain the clutch - or lay the bike on its side (lazy mans track day change)
Outer housing - you mean the clutch cover
Just remove "ALL" the bolts and tap it lightly in a few spots with a non maring plastic hammer it should just pop off then.
If you are refering to the clutch pressure plate.
Put the bike in gear. the compression from the motor should keep the clutch basket from spinning. (or you can use air tools) Now remove the 6 bolts that hold the retainer and the springs.
Simple right - just make sure you lube the new plate individually as you install them and torque the springs and retainer properly and add new oil.
