Ken that's some great info. I was thinking about adding one to a bike we have. I'm wondering how much power it does add. Did it feel like it was a different bike when you got done with it, or was it just a little more get up and go?

the thing you have to remember is this bike even with the bbr 120cc kit is still a small bore air-cooled motor. so, expectations need to be consistent with this in mind. having said that not only does this kit add 20cc (20% more displacement) it also comes with a high performance cam. so, this is a kit that will definitely make you take notice. the increased power is definitely noticable. we are in the process of adding additional modifications such as exhaust, jetting, air filter, rev box, etc. we're anticipating even more power gains from this combination. i think the cam and 120cc big bore kit could use more air/fuel and exhaust flow to maximize it's affect. even still without these additional mods the bike with just the 120cc kit is significant.

I might just add one soon. I would also open the air box a little and rejet it. Maybe down the line a pipe will be added also. I have heard of guys doing things to the stock pipe to help with the power. What do you know about that?

the only thing i've heard of with the stock pipe is removing the baffle. it will provide more flow but that doesn't always mean more power. the powroll thrust nozzle will provide better flow but also the correct amount of back pressure. the problem with either is no spark arrestor and they can be very loud. most of the after market pipes have spark arrestors with the option for a quiet core...all while adding more flow.
