First take the spark arrester out if you can. Take the screen out of air box. turn your mixture screw right 1.5 turn and try that worked better on my 150. Drill half inch holes in air box if you want to butcher it. Depending on the terrain your riding. try that and have fun

You can change the front sprocket to a 13 tooth for more torque or 15 tooth for more speed Me i am going to get a 15 tooth.

Pull the seat, remove the snorkel, and drill a couple 1 inch holes in the top of the air box.

The fuel screw is on the bottom of the carb towards the front. Prior to 2005 it was a straight slot screw. 2005 and up has a "D" shaped screw. Dynojet sells a special tool to adjust the "D" shaped tool (DT-008) for $3.00. Check their website and call them directly to order it.

It is underneath the carb. It's a straight slot or "D" shaped brass colored screw.

If you are on right one, it will turn. If it's an older bike and hasn't been adjusted, than it might take some effort.
