Size differences CRF 150 vs, Xr100

My daughter is a beginner but after 1 season she thinks she wants to trade her XR100 for a Crf150. I have a CRF230 and it's still a bit too heavy for her. She is about 5'4" 120lbs. She thinks the XR is too small. SHe isn't really agressive so the power isn't a major factor.
I'm wondering If I would be better off with bigger wheels and a pipe on the XR. It is paid for afterall.
Any insight is appreciated

only once had the 'pleasure' to ride an XR100, no plans to repeat that
but ride a CRF150 on occasion, my choice, I could take a 230 as well

admit I am 5-6 1/2 and a bit more than 120lb

to me
the lil'XR is a toy made for children, suspension and all
the lil'CRF is a real motorcycle

if you are willing to work on the bike, did you ever think about an old Honda for your girl?
just got myself a TLR200 Reflex
low, lightweight, indestructible, easy starter, lots of torque
phantastic underdog trailbike

My friend has a '05 CRF150 and his wheels are practically the same size as mine. I suggest maybe getting a bigger wheel/tire combo and maybe juicing up the motor.

Gypsy - In case you do end up going down the crf150f road, give this a look:
