I want to mod the baffle to my son's 05' CRF80. I don't think I'll do the power-up kit because he will just out grow it. He just want to get a meaner sound like the big thumpers and I'm not going to dish out $300+ for a pipe. I've read many treads on baffle mods. Has any one experimented with how many hole, what size & where to place them? I don't want it to back fire and I don't plan to open the air box or rejet.
