    Is there a place online that I can order a basic carb rebuild kit for my 07 CRF100F?

    Most of the parts are available from any Honda certified provider, which includes CRF'sOnly. Try here:

    Look for items 1-9 for different sets.

    It is strange that you need a carb rebuild kit this soon. Are you certain that is your issue?
