My son was riding yesterday when he took a pretty good spill. When he got up the kick start would only move 3-4 inches and the bike would not start even when pushed. Does anyone have any ideas?

My son was riding yesterday when he took a pretty good spill. When he got up the kick start would only move 3-4 inches and the bike would not start even when pushed. Does anyone have any ideas?

Take the spark plug out and try to turn it over that way. See if she'll move.

124 Thank You for your time. Yes I took the plug out and the kick start did move in fact it puked oil all over my driveway (did not make my wife happy) I then took it to the dealership thinking broken valve spring dropping a valve and cracking a piston. Come to find out ($40 bucks later)he wrecked on a hill and the seat was lower than the oil pan and the rest is history. Take plug out let it puke, contact cleaner on the plug, fresh oil change and let it smoke for 5-10 minutes and all is well. Once again Thank You for your time.
