    Billys2006CRF100F U out there ??? Need help on a crf100f

    Hello,

Hey my daughter has a 04 Crf100f and I love what you did to your sons. Thanks for sharing. I do have to say I took some of what you did and right now in process of doing my daughters.
    I have done:
    BBR 120cc w/Clutch springs
    CDI box (BBR)
    BBR exhuast
    Air box Mod.
    Same tire combo u have
OEM carb but am going to change jetting.
    Rear sprocket
    Oil pump

But I ran in to a problem.
The oil pump screws, I can only get one out, the other is about to be stripped. I am about to give up but I totaly agree with you it would be better to have it on. What else should I try to get that screw out. (I can not believe they would use screws there, and not bolts)
Hey thanks again for you sons ride. It helped me make my daughters better also.
I can't wait for her to try it out.

    Thanks Jrboatin

Sorry I didn't see this earlier. I had the same identical problem with one of the oil pump screws. I had to carefully drill the head off the screw to get it out. The drill bit was slightly smaller than the diameter of the screw and I drill right down the center until the head came off. I ended up ordering a replacement screw for less than a couple bucks. I hope you get or got it out all already. Let me know if there anything else I can help with. Good luck with the bike. I'm certain your daughter will love it.

    Thanks,
I will have to try it at a later date, for I finished the next day of post. But i will keep the pump and do it in the spring. I will be trying what you did, thought of that but was not sure, but it worked for you.
    thanks
