    removing spark aresster worth it?

    is removing the spark arrester on my 07 crf100 worth it do you get any real power out of it?

    Custom exhaust only claims to give 1.3 hp so I wouldn't waste your time. Change the sprockets for the biggest change. I went 1 tooth bigger in the front and 4 smaller in the back and you could really tell the difference.

    Removing the "baffle" in conjunction with opening the airbox and rejetting will yield more power.

    Removing the spark arrestor will do nothing other than make your bike illegal on Gov't land and possibly the cause of a wildfire.

    Take out the three bolts on the end of your muffler. Pull out the whole core and then remove everything from the end cap and then reinstall. Or you could just leave the hole thing out but it will be very loud.
