    what if i got an exhaust for a bigger bike like a 150r or even a 250f and modified it to fit my xr100r would that work im just wondering
    sellin my xr100

    Not enough back pressure. You'd lose your low end.

    the exhausts made for my bike suck and are overly priced

    no if i buy a stock crf150r exhaust i can find some rly cheap

    Put a crease or bend in the header, weld some baffles in the can, anything to restrict some of the flow.

    all right thanks if i can get the exhaust ill try it but the only problem is ill prob hav to cut my stock header off so it will fit to the motor

    ??? What ??? Do you intend to cut your stock header and weld it to a larger pipe? :?
    Or do you mean to say that you need to cut your stock pipe off so that you can experiment with a bigger pipe?

    In either case if this does not work you will be spending the $200 on a new pipe (in addition to money you spent on you experiment) or you will be selling your pipe-less bike. :-({|=

    I commend you for wanting to try. I think it is a mistake for you to leave your self with no way to ride because you no longer have a working pipe.

    if it doesnt work i can weld my old exhaust back together and why wouldnt it work its simple and heres my motto if it wont fit make it fit
