You want top end torque then a sprocket will do nothing for you.
Changing the sprockets (usually only rear is needed) just changes your setup for different riding conditions. More teeth mean more lower grunt and more shifting. Less teeth mean a high top speed, you can run out each gear a little further and less shifting.
Yeah you'll see slightly more torque with a smaller rear sprocket but you will loose top speed.
I go down a tooth or 2 on tracks with large hills and lots of muddy tight sections - Up a tooth on ones with large fast straights or long sand stretches. Also depends how you ride, are you a gear high person who clutches, some bikes also have a really low 1st or long 3rd gear, sprockets can make the bike suit your riding style better.
If your going for torque which is the amount of force require to get an abject to rotate then your current pipe and cam should have helped in those areas.
IMO if you want more real torque you will need a engine mod, maybe an over bore or stroke but on a 80 I wouldn't bother much, just ride it and when you out grow it get a bigger bike, maybe a CRF150f unless your tall enough to step up to a CRF250f with a lowering link maybe.
Hope this helps you out some.
