    wrestling is far more demanding!

You mean watching wrestling right.. I just spent all day sitting on the wood bleachers in a high school gym watching wrestling, my back hurts. : Yes wrestling is the most demanding sport .

of course, i do mean high school wrestling. i was just in the sectionals and after two matches was incredibly exhausted.

I don't know if anyone is looking at this anymore, but as far as the most demanding sport goes.. It's hard to say. Everyone wants their sport to be the most demanding! I'd say swimming is harder than soccer and wrestling easily. I don't know about wrestling, but soccer practices (I was on a team that traveled around the zone- farthest tourney was Indiana) were way easier than some of my swim practices are! I did one a day practices in soccer and in the summer we do 3 a day swim practices, over 5.5 miles a practice. When I add that up, thats about 16 miles a day. Hmm... Thats more than I would run in a week! (Walking doesn't count). Of course, motocross is above swimming easily for manliness, and it is defiantly hard to ride a bike. But as far as cardio goes, swimming is amazing. One last thing: motocross is very hard on your body. Swimming is the easiest sport on your body... they kind of balance out, you know

Rock climbing, swimming, mx... they are all awesome sports! Who cares whats hardest?

Well wrestling isn't all about distance, because a hard practice could have a short run and then 2 hours of live wrestling, where a 6 minute match of live wrestling is pretty draining. It all depends.

Wrestling is VERY demanding. I wrestled through Junior High, High School, and College. My College coach was Vaughn Hitchcock. I also did a couple of summer training at Squaw Valley with him.

NOTHING is more tiring than going Ironman against the rest of the team at the end of practice...

Yeah I defiantly believe wrestling is tough... No doubt about it. In fact, I bet it can be every bit as tough as any other sport. I'm not sure what ironman is, but its got to be something bad. Like doing 50x50's on 35 seconds all out after 2 hours in that practice and 5 hours of swimming before hand... [/i]

When they decided that motocross was the second most demanding sport,Motos were 45 minutes plus 2 laps. You raced 2 motos on long tracks.
