    Needle jet bushing

    by Griz » Mon Apr 18, 2005 1:47 pm

I have read many post about replacint the jet bushing and to "put it in the right way" Just what way is the right way? I have went through 2 of these things and it is getting $$$ to keep messing it up.

The bushing has one end that is sort of rounded and has a smaller opening as compared to the other end wich is not rounded and has a larger opening. so wich end do I insert 1st?

I'm gonna save nedirtbikr some typing by telling you to go to the crf230 forum and go to the modification questions topic. There you will find a great explanation on how to install the bushing by nedirtikr. Good luck!

Griz, check this thread out. It's posted in the 230 forum and the carbs are a bit different between the 230 and 150 however, the steps are basically the same.

Narrow end of bushing goes up through the bottom of carb.
